Verified businesses
Anonymity is not unaccountability. Before a supplier earns the Verified Business badge we check the registered legal entity, its VAT or company number, the registered address, and that the payout account belongs to the same company. The badge tells a buyer a real, registered company stands behind the pseudonym.
Verified documentation
Listings carry Certificates of Analysis, Technical and Safety Data Sheets, and certificates for GMP, ISO 22716, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 / HACCP, Organic, Vegan, Halal and Kosher — tagged so they are easy to find and compare. A COA shows its validity date, so an expired certificate is visible, not assumed current.

Accountability after the deal
Every completed order can be rated by the buyer. Ratings are anonymous but aggregate into a public score and a measured response time — so a supplier’s record travels with them even though their identity does not.
